How long does it take to generate a property evaluation??

An evaluation is submitted via the link on our website it can be generated immediately. If it is processed manually it can take between 24-48 hours.

How long does it take to have home plans drawn up?

Depending on the comprehensive nature of the plans 14-21 days minimum.

How many comparable homes are used in the comprehensive analysis?

Three to five comparable homes sold within three to five months prior to inquiry.

Is a down payment required to start a project?

A 50% deposit is required to start a project. 

Do I need to stage my own home for sale?

It is not mandatory to stage your home for sale.  However, it is recommended for best results.

Can I negotiate possession of my home after it has been sold?

Yes, possession can be negotiated prior to closing. Keep in mind that after closing the buyer is the rightful owner of the home.  Depending how long you would like to remain in possession of your home after closing will determine if it is best to negotiate renting the property back from the buyer.

Is there a charge for the photographer to take the photos of my home?

Only if you are purchasing the photography service as a separate item.  If you are listing your home for an agreed upon commission photographs are usually included.

Patrice is the one for you!

Patrice offered top tier assistance to me during the process of selling my property. What could have easily been an arduous process was made so much easier by a knowledgeable and experienced real estate broker.
